Santa Fe Stone Creations Crafting Nature's Art in Semi-Precious Stone
"Kelp Forest" Wyoming Moss Agate Basin with Abalone Shell Fountain  This fountain has recently sold but we would love to create a similar piece for you
Moss Agate stone art basin for water fountain by Santa Fe Stone Creations
Basin measures 14 1/2 " by 4" deep and is composed of over 400 square inches of translucent moss agate. The free standing 2 part fountain support contains and encloses the water pump. The fountain centerpiece is composed of 3 Green Abalone shells that I have had for over 50 years.
This fountain is truly spectacular in light, whether it be sunlight or set on a lighted base. It has a ocean shore feel about it and also the basin works as a dramatic setting for floating flowers. It even looked great with a gold fish, ( but my cat ate it so you'll have to imagine...! ). I also enjoy scuba diving and this fountain reminds me of a few coastal diving adventures where the shallow sea is alive with life.
